Question about the source data

Hello,

I would like to ask for clarification on the data source.

The web site shows four types of source data:

-CityGML data files for Rotterdam (a presentation about these data)
-Terrain data from ETOPO or local terain model
- Any freely accessible data (water level, weather forecast, or other
sensor/model data)
- Maps and other features can be added on top of the terrain. These can
be integrated as OGC Services online.

I am wondering what data sources are mandatory (or optional) for all
competitors.

Best,
Ji-Sun
