Mar 22 (Wed) 10:30-11:00(CEDT) / 18:30-19:00(KST)
Attendees: Yvonne Jung, Gerard J. Kim, Myeongwon Lee, Gun Lee

1. Review changes in comparison document
http://www.web3d.org/x3d/wiki/index.php/Comparison_of_X3D_AR_Proposals
- Changed abbreviation: proposal A, B, C => proposal KC1, KC2, IR
- Added more description in introduction (section 1) with links to the original proposals, and requirements document.
- Added a summary table in the conclusion section (10).
- In the table, need to make it more clear that KC2's VisibilitySensor and RangeSensor deal with more higher level events => Gun will revise the table.
- Myeongwon Lee is preparing to propose more extensions in the aspect of security applications (including CCTVs). We will take this into account when it gets ready as we proceed through the merging process , but would not cover it in this document at this stage.
=> We have concluded that the document is reasonably complete.

2. Discuss on Plans for Merging X3D AR Proposals
http://web3d.org/x3d/wiki/index.php/Plans_for_Merging_X3D_AR_Proposals
- There are some items (such as color-keying feature) that could be debatable on its direct relationship to AR. However we include these topics, so that we would cover all aspects that has been discussed in the previous proposals and in the comparison document. We will decide whether to include this feature in the final specification through discussion, as we proceed through the merging process.
- Need to revise the wording of step #2 and #3 to make it more clear that both steps involves tasks of merging the proposals, while #3 more focuses on checking the integrity of the final merged proposal. => Gun will make revision.
- Discussed on adding a time line to the plan, and concluded to put rough schedule to aim for the summer of 2012 to complete the whole process.
=> We have agreed on the plan in terms of general process, and we will discuss the details as we go through each step
=> We also agreed to complete step #1 by the next teleconference meeting.
=> As the first step, setting up the guidelines, we will identify design guidelines/principles and exchange them through e-mails until the next meeting, and discuss them at the next meeting. As a part of this effort, we will check if Web3D Consortium has general design guidelines/principles for X3D.

3. Next meeting schedule
Apr 25 (Wed)
- We tried to find an alternative meeting time that suits better for members in the US time zone, but was not successful. We will discuss it further through e-mail, including members in the US time zone.
