<P>1. A formal procedure conerning new proposals submitted to the X3D WG is required.</P>
<P> 1) For new proposals and their related presentation documents submitted to the Web3D Consortium, <BR> document numbers issued by the Web3D Consortium and authors' names are required <BR> in order to reference the new proposals, and so they can be formally recognized.<BR> <BR> 2) It is considered that all documents with formal numbers should be managed and <BR> referenced through the Web3D Consortium site. <BR> <BR>2. Web3D Seoul meeting schedule for December </P>

<P>3. Korea chapter's regular meeting: the first Wednesday of each month at 5:10pm (PST) / Thu. at 9:10am (Korea). <BR> If necessary, additional meetings may be called. </P>
<P>4. All the proposals will be discussed at the meeting in Seoul in December. </P>
