<P>We discussed the number system for Web3D new proposals submitted.<BR>We agreed with Dick's idea as follows:</P>
<P> ˇ°Web3d yyyy-n[rn]ˇ±</P>
<P>Where yyyy is the year of submission, n is the sequence number in that year. <BR>If the proposal is a revision of an existing proposal, a revisions number (r1, r2, ˇ¦) will be appended to the original submission number by the submitter.<BR>Proposals will be sent to the X3D WG Co-Chair (Leonard). He will discuss with the X3D WG and, if accepted, assign a new number using the above scheme.</P>
<P><BR>2. Korea Chapter Wiki</P>

<P>We have also discussed a SC24 AR/MR report to be prepared by Dick.<BR>I will send Dick Korean AR/MR standardization activities including Web3D AR/MR for references.<BR>Gerard Jounghyun Kim(Korea U.), Gun Lee(HIT Lab. NZ), and Woontack Woo(GIST in Korea)'s <BR>works may be included. They are all SC24 Korea delegates. </P>

<P>4. Web3D Korea Chapter meeting at SIGGRAPH 2011</P>
<P>Date/time: Aug 11th (Thu) at 2-5pm <BR>Place: a BOF room </P>
<P>Anita will arrange the Korea Chapter meeting at SIGGRAPH 2011 as similarly as last year.<BR>We appreciate a lot for Anita's efforts. </P>
