<BR>1. Review of the charter on the wiki page

<BR>=> We will try to finalize the charter by the next Korea Chapter conference call

<BR>=> And for this purpose, we will schedule another teleconference for getting comments from members in Europe. (Schedule TBA)

=> The wiki page containing the WG charter is supposed to be split into multiple pages. It is most likely to separate out the charter into another page on wiki.

<BR>2. AR/MR Workshop @ Web3D2011 (Jun 21, 2011)

=> Presentation of remote participants at the workshop will be prepared as a video.

=> Required technical requirements for teleconferencing on site will be announced later on.

<BR>a. Korea: 6AM / Germany: 10PM / US(PST): 1 PM

<BR>b. Korea: 2PM / Germany: 6AM / US(PST): 9 PM

=> Members at Germany preferred option c.

=> Therefore, the next upcoming teleconferencing will be scheduled at this time frame.

=> The following schedules will be alternated according to more expected participants' time zone.
