<P>>1. Q & A about SC24 WG9 AR Reference Model (Gerry Kim)</P>
<P>Gerry explained the current working status of the SC24 WG9 AR Reference Model, and commented on SC29 work. <BR>SC24 and Web3D recognize and are in agreement with the fundamental policies as before.<BR>3D scene standardization is the role of SC24 which has a long history with ISO graphics and image processing standardization. <BR>This definitive scope must be preserved. The ISO does not allow multiple publication of the same topic. <BR>With the permission of ISO JTC1, SC24 WG9 was initiated for developing the AR Reference Model.<BR>3D scene description in AR is the responsibility of SC24 and the Web3D Consortium. </P>
<P>Gerry plans to report the draft of the AR reference model specification to the ISO soon. <BR>We will discuss this at our Web3D meetings during SIGGRAPH at the LA convention center, August 4-8, as well as at the SC24 Plenary and WG meeting in Brussels, August 19-24. </P>

<P>>3. Review of the minutes of the last AR WG meeting (Gun Lee)</P>
<P>The AR meeting time has gone back to every 3rd Wednesday at 5pm PDT. This is because European attendees informed us that they are not able to attend AR meetings until September. </P>
<P>The remaining items were not discussed due to time restrictions. We will discuss them at upcoming meetings.</P>

<P>>4. Location of Proposal Numbers on the Wiki site <BR>><BR>>Proposal numbers issued by the Web3D Consortium are important for the Korea chapter<BR>>because they are referenced and evaluated by sponsors. <BR>>We suggest moving them from the current location, <BR>>http://web3d.org/x3d/wiki/index.php/Korea_Chapter_Public_Wiki,<BR>>to the main page of the Public X3D Wiki with a new section title such as "8. Ongoing New Proposals", and the list of the proposals. <BR>> <BR>>5. Change in e-Learning SIG teleconference<BR>><BR>>Co-chair Kwan Hee Yoo is very busy, and is not able to chair the meeting every month.<BR>>Kwan-Hee Yoo¡¯s has agreed, and If there are no objections, I would like to arrange and chair the e-Learning meetings on his behalf, <BR>>when there are agenda items to discuss.
