<P>The Korea Chapter meeting will be held with agenda items as follows:<BR> </P>
<P><STRONG>1. Web3D and SC24 WG9 Meetings </STRONG></P>
<P>Date: January 29 - 31<BR>Place: Seoul Palace Hotel </P>
<P>The meetings will be held as follows:</P>
<P>January 29 (Tuesday) AM/PM: Web3D Meeting<BR>January 30 (Wednesday) AM: Web3D Editing Meeting<BR>January 30 (Wednesday) PM: SC24 WG9 Meeting<BR>January 31 (Thursday) AM/PM: SC24 WG9 Editing Meeting</P>
<P>We will discuss new work items proposed at previous Web3D Meetings and SC24 WG9 Meetings and new items to be proposed.<BR>We are extending an invitation to any professionals who wish to join international standardization efforts in the areas of Web3D or SC24. <BR>For those professionals that wish to present their items at the meetings in January, we ask that they send in an abstract or presentation materials about their proposal by December 31st. </P>
<P><BR><STRONG>2. Location of Proposal Numbers on the Wiki Site</STRONG></P>
<P>Proposal numbers issued by the Web3D Consortium are important for the Korea chapter<BR>because they are referenced and evaluated by sponsors. <BR>We suggest moving them from the current location, <BR><A href="http://web3d.org/x3d/wiki/index.php/Korea_Chapter_Public_Wiki">http://web3d.org/x3d/wiki/index.php/Korea_Chapter_Public_Wiki</A>,<BR>to the main page of the Public X3D Wiki with a new section title such as "8. Ongoing New Proposals" and a list of the proposals. </P>
<P>In addition, for each proposal, current status for standardization should be included. <BR>Status items can include:</P>
<P>PWI (Preliminary Work Item)<BR>NP (New Proposal)<BR>WD (Working Draft)<BR>DIS (Draft International Standard)<BR>FDIS (Final Draft International Standard)<BR>IS (International Standard)</P>
