<p>This is to inform you that the EasyChair license for Web3D 2024 (Web3D 2024) has now expired. If you are not going to use EasyChair for your conference after this date, you can ignore this message.</p>
<p>Yorur conference chairs, reviewers and authors will still be able to access your conference and data in it, yet it will be impossible to make any modifications or use the EasyChair email address for Web3D 2024.</p>
<p>If you would like to extend your license, you should apply for an extension. To do so, you should:</p>
<ol>
<li>Log in to EasyChair using the superchair role of Web3D 2024</li>
<li>Use menu the menu tabs "Administration" -> "Configure" to access the conference configuration</li>
<li>Edit the value of the option "License expiry date"</li></ol>
