[Source] Xj3D property setting for origin manager, for inclusion in X3D-Edit

thanks for the help.  Mike has implemented it.

to test proper configuration, as discussed, i modified an existing X3D geo
scene by removing the GeoOrigin nodes.

Both latest cvs build and prior dev release render the static scene OK
(adjacent red and blue balls).  The browswer consoles vary a little:

Shifting to FLY mode and zooming out shows a big difference however.
The old Xj3D version jitters significantly, while the new Xj3D version
zooms smoothly.   So it appears we now have your latest greatest
GeoOrigin-independent code integrated satisfactorily.
