I've added this call to the Xj3DBrowser class.  It was already in the 
OGLBrowser class.  If your using SAI then likely this call will need to 
be in there as well, or perhaps at the application layer that wants the 
internationalization props.


My graphics card seems to have all the capabilities aviatrix3d is 
looking for so I don't have an easy way to test what Don is seeing.


Try setting this in the application using Xj3D:

         I18nManager intl_mgr = I18nManager.getManager();
         intl_mgr.setApplication(APP_NAME, "config.i18n.xj3dResources");


And get the updated jars list I put together which adds the config/i18n 
directory to the jars.  That should fix it up for you.
