[Source] resources for jgeom, starting a new sourceforge project

Sam and Xj3D source group:  here is the latest version of jgeom that Vince has.

We will establish a new jgeom project on SourceForge.net to give this
codebase a stable home.

Sam, if there are any classes or files that you want included, then
