[Source] copying xj3d.org subversion code tree to sourceforge

I'm reexaming the sourceforge concept.  I'm likely moving some other open
source resources around such that I might just commonize hosting.  I need
more time to finish my research.  We have about 9 months left on the
current hosting payment.
