[Source] tree view bug for Xj3D

Attached is a screenshot of Xj3D in tree-view mode.

Note that the highlighted "USE null" in that Scene Tree display is in error.

The actual scene has an Appearance USE node, I think that the "USE null" 
is the tree-walker finding an inserted default Material or somesuch.

I think the fix will be in SceneTreeViewer, we'll look at it.
