[X3D-Public] TCNI, a leading 3D technology company joins the Web3D Consortium

The Web3D Consortium is pleased to announce that The Consulting Network,
Inc. (TCNI) has joined the Web3D Consortium as an organizational member to
assist in developing and promoting the X3D specification.  

 

TCNI has joined the Web3D Consortium to participate in X3D development to
leverage the use of open standards in their products. Through the
incorporation of X3D technologies TCNI plans to bring innovative product
delivery to our military and commercial customers, and help address issues
typically seen in legacy solutions.

 

TCNI is a 100% Veteran-owned business that was established in 1996 as a
systems and software engineering firm.  TCNI works closely with our military
and commercial customers to address real world problems with low risk, cost
effective solutions.  EdgeService is TCNI's flagship product that provides
an innovative enterprise implementation to address complex geospatial system
or system-of-systems challenges.  As part of the EdgeService enterprise
solution, TCNI is working with customers to explore next generation product
delivery, such as the X3D based datasets, and their potential applications
and benefits to end users.
