Another build rolled today with further improvements for node visualization.
Definitely an interesting way to think about things.  Documented at
	https://savage.nps.edu/X3D-Edit/#Visualization
New features:
A single parent Switch node allows authors to easily display (whichChoice=0)
or hide (whichChoice=-1) the customized visualization graphics
Placing a pointing device (mouse, cursor, wand, etc.) over the
visualization geometry uses a TouchSensor to display the node description.
ProximitySensor visualization outlines a semitransparent Box showing
sensor boundaries
