[X3D-Public] document world to hybrid world

I am beginning to see that the hybrid world, or simulation world extends the document world and implements the streaming world.  The implementation of the streaming world is real life.  We can't fit real life into a computer yet, so we must inject events into the document world (through routes, EAI etc) to simulate the streaming world.
