[X3D-Public] FreeWRL 1.22.9 released.

Hi John,
It seems the new Windows version has stopped crashing the moment it gets the
EAI browser. Thanks for that! However, the vrml.jar isn't included in the
download and the old jar I have throws an error looking for an int value
from the old Pearl code.
