[X3D-Public] Xj3D Applet

I modified the applet so that it loads faster. The initial loading of the Xj3DApplet should be up to 3 times faster in the following demos. After the initial loading of the applet, subsequent applet startup times should be under 10 seconds depending on the speed of your computer.
