Thanks Joe, that is great.  We can work together beforehand to ensure
they pass all of the quality-assurance checks.  Can you add them to

My hope is that community members will join us to work on identifying
and reporting and helping track the most important bugs.  If we can
help the companies and implementers improve their browsers, even in
small steps, that helps everyone.
