The successful drag and drop animation systems for the web are
YouTube-friendly.   Google could make YouTube 3D friendlier by enabling
access to Google 3D assets for video composition.

OTOH, any web site with drag and drop builder libraries and utilities can
service YouTube with MP4s.

Online video/audio composition tools with 3D resources seem obvious.
