[X3D-Public] new assets with X3D examples: viewpoint slideshows

There are now some new assets contained in the X3D example archives.
Viewpoint slideshows flip through screen-capture images that correspond
to X3D scene viewpoints.  The slideshows are provided chapter-by-chapter,
using images are automatically generated offline using Xj3D.
Image captions are generated using the viewpoint descriptions.
If you click on the image replay, you then get the full-size image.

Production notes: the image-browsing library is open source from
the Google Code Slideshow project, and so is also bundled within
our open-source example distributions.  They run satisfactorily
in all 5 major browsers.  :)
