[X3D-Public] X3D Schema, DTD corrections: CADAssembly children cannot include CADFace

Upon review we found a further refinement to both DTD and schema for X3D.
CAD quality improvements continue, to good effect.  Thanks Hyo for all the
close scrutiny and help!

- CADAssembly is not allowed to include CADFace since that does not match CAD product structure
    defined in X3D specification clause 32.4.1
