X3D Schema update activity:

11 February 2012, brutzman
- X3DNurbsControlCurveNode inherits from X3DNode, not X3DGeometryNode
- NurbsCurve2D, ContourPolyline2D corresponding changes for containerField='children' to match DTD

This time a different documentation-generation method was used for the
X3D schemas.  Instead of one gigantic HTML file being produced, lots of
individual HTML pages are created, making initial responsiveness faster.
