[X3D-Public] Why X3D 3.3 changes the default values of beamWidth and cutOffAngle

Don, Richard: Thanks for the answers, it's good to know that it will be 
resolved.

Note that comparing X3D 3.2 and 3.3 SpotLight signatures 
(http://www.web3d.org/files/specifications/19775-1/V3.2/Part01/components/lighting.html#SpotLight 
vs 
http://www.web3d.org/files/specifications/19775-1/V3.3/Part01/components/lighting.html 
) it seems that swapping the default values for beamWidth and 
cutOffAngle is the only change.

Their ranges are always (0,pi/2], which is sensible IMHO and confirmed 
by prose "Both beamWidth and cutOffAngle shall be greater than 0.0 and 
less than or equal to π/2."
