[X3D-Public] Please check x3d for highlighting smaller models

Hello people,

I highlighted manually in the source code smaller models from a bigger one in this file (www.bestaltmed.at/slicer/modelcullfrontface2.x3d.zip). 

Can someone approve if it is written correctly?
Or does someone know if there is a program for doing highlighting of smaller models in a bigger one?
