[X3D-Public] X3D-Edit revision under testing

I'm happy to report that further efforts by Mike Bailey have finally
fixed our most important bug.  X3D-Edit now again supports the
X3D Schematron quality assurance checks.  Hit the "check mark" button
to get thorough error checking and diagnostics of any X3D scene.

Upgrade note:  due to changes within Netbeans architecture, prior users 
may need to simply reinstall the standalone application if the update
doesn't pick up on this change automatically.
