[X3D-Public] X3D-Edit release

Today we released a new version of X3D-Edit.  The autoupdate feature
is working nicely both in Netbeans 7.2 and the latest X3D-Edit release.
Each of these versions of X3D-Edit is identical.

X3D-Edit is an open-source Extensible 3D (X3D) Graphics authoring tool
for simple error-free editing, authoring and validation of X3D scenes. 

New features include an improved panel for meta tag editing, plus a
variety of X3D tooltip/schema/DTD improvements.
