[X3D-Public] X3D MultiTexture tests

Michalis, is it possible to contribute your tests (or modified versions 
of your test scenes) to the Web3D open-source example archive?

The default open-source license is BSD-style, though other open-source 
licenses are welcome.  Author's choice.  GNU GPL is acceptable, for example.

We would also need to ensure that they pass the X3D Validator tests (or 
else improve the tests, as appropriate).
