[X3D-Public] What happened to Xj3D?

We are no longer doing installable releases.  Truthfully we've rarely been
doing releases at all, just commits to svn.  Shapeways is using it actively
as a server tool but not much as a rendering engine anymore.  NPS might
have a installable form they use for their work.
