[X3D-Public] X3D-Edit release: Shape editor with Geometry2D and Capsule, experimental JSON support, Xj3D improvements

Another X3D-Edit release today:
- Shape editor with Geometry2D nodes and Capsule computation (image attached),
- experimental JSON support provided via the X3D > Export menu,
- Xj3D improvements "under the hood" continuing with behavior gradually getting better.

Also beginning to ship experimental JSON export as part of each scene's products in the X3D examples archive. More discussion/development needed on x3dom-developers list, next round of review will try to round-trip with the exemplar posted by Yvonne Jung.

Another TODO fix is to (again) remove the verbose listing of default attributes.
