[X3D-Public] JSON Encoding for X3D

The X3D Working Group has been working on the specifications for an X3D 
JSON encoding. The effort is nearly ready for prototype development to 
flesh out ideas and assist us in writing the documentation. We welcome 
all ideas, thoughts, and comments at any time.
