[X3D-Public] updates announcement: X3D-Edit, Xj3D

The NPS team is happy to report a few improvements.   8)

X3D-Edit authoring tool
- updated Xj3D bundled together, also can launch other players and multimedia authoring tools.
- updating Shape customizer enables author selection & customization of various child geometry types (image attached).
- meta tag includes a drop-down menu for common generators (authoring tools).
- continued refinement of Schematron Quality Assurance (QA) tests - use the "check mark" button.
- tested under JDK 1.8.0_20 and Netbeans 8.0.1, Windows 7 and MacOSX.
- recent test message reported success working on Windows 8.
- works as standalone application, Netbeans plugin, or when compiled/run from open source.
- should still work under Java 7, we periodically test that as well.

Xj3D
- Now updated to use the latest JOGL, version 2.2.1 thanks tosteady efforts by Terry Norbraten

The JOGL project hosts the development version of the Java™ Binding for the OpenGL® API, and is designed to provide hardware-supported 3D graphics to applications written in Java.

JOGL provides full access to the APIs in the OpenGL [1.0 .. 4.3], ES 1, ES 2 and ES 3 specification as well as nearly all vendor extensions.
OpenGL Evolution & JOGL and the JOGL Specification may give you a brief overview.

JOGL integrates with the AWT, Swing and SWT widget sets, as well as with custom windowing toolkits using the NativeWindow API.
JOGL also provides its own native windowing toolkit, NEWT.
