[x3d-public] [x3d] X3D schema, DTD updates: add Picking and ParticleSystems to component names

X3D Schema update activity:

- (v3.2+) add appliedParameterValues enumerations (to support API generation, even though not validatable in MFString)
- (v3.2+) constrain allowed values for CollisionCollection and Contact fields:  bounce, minBounceSpeed,
   softnessConstantForceMix, and softnessErrorCorrection

The X3D Working Group also updated the X3D Graphics Standards: Specification Relationships diagram to show all major planned work.

Please note that X3D version 3.4 is experimental and supports specification development.

Changes are tested through validation regression testing of 3800+ open source X3D scenes.
