[x3d-public] release announcement: X3D-Edit, X3D Validator, X3D Tooltips and Xj3D improvements

X3D-Edit is an open-source Extensible 3D (X3D) Graphics authoring tool for simple error-free editing, authoring and validation of X3D scenes.

So far so great in 2015, multiple improvements:

- ExternProtoDeclare field validation again works, also shows capitalization mismatches in field names.
	(Only other way to test for correct signatures is by trial and error in players.)  Image attached.

- Background arrays editor also improved.  Am now collecting cool colored backgrounds, please send if you want to share.
