[x3d-public] Issue: HTML Profile

[Leonard Daly]

X3D introduced the concept of Components, Levels, and Profiles. When 
designing the HTML profile should the base level include everything 
currently available? If not, what should the base HTML Profile be? Does 
the existing Component/Level classification work for what we need X3D 
HTML5 to do?
