[x3d-public] Spearheading X3D JSON Schema effort; RelaxNG? maintainability

Maintenance of a schema is always a lot of work, requiring direct scrutiny and modifiability (rather than a single tool).  Witness the X3D Schema and DTD which continue to get weekly attention in order to maximize correctness at catching errors in X3D, which has a big vocabulary.
