VR Video aka 360 Video is video that occupies all 4pi steradians of view
about the user. These videos come in stereo (3D) or mono. The stereo
movies need to be played through a device that generates a left and
right image and is typically viewed through Cardboard, GearVR, or
equivalent. This video is available on YouTube and several other sources.

X3D provides a MovieTexture node that will display a video as a texture.
To make X3D more interesting (and usable) for VR applications, support
for this format is needed. The video is frequently played on the inside
of a sphere and the device's motion sensors are used to provide
orientation to the display.

Should X3D V4 have this capability?
Should a video-sphere be automatically provided?
Should a developer be able to choose a different screen-surface geometry?
