Wondering if anyone knows about VrmlMerge converter?

There is a nice conversion on the h-anim mailing list: a proposed H-Anim facial model at Level of Expression (LOE) 3.  Screenshot attached.

Not clear who wrote VrmlMerge...  Circa 2006.  Might someone raise their hand please?  8)

License says free for non-commercial use.  Wondering if the Java source is available?
