[x3d-public] Extrusions, take 3, Replacement with Cylinders, Cobweb needs to be updated in X3D Edit.

I have thought of one extension, and that is, have the connecting point be
larger than a point, so you can do stuff like arrows between boxes in
powerpoint.  This might be taking it a bit too far, but it's a very good
thing to put in a toolkit or perhaps a proto.  Arrows between boxes is
likely a good use case, if 2D is not sufficient, that is, too crowded.  I
can also see this as useful for CAD as well.  I think we're basically back
to extrusions in this case though, and even more support for extrusions
(automatic routing).   This is not a core feature and is a nice to have for
app developers.  This can be used in games for computing the space that the
character is traveling through, if that is useful, or for computing paths
for characters to take.
