[x3d-public] NetBeans IDE 8.1 Release Information: includes node.js support, X3D-Edit updated

Updates to Netbeans and Java are tested and deployed...

These features all seem to be working in the latest X3D-Edit.  It will be good to try out the node.js features with the X3D JSON encoding - test reports welcome.
