Yves, unfortunately it appears that the specification feedback form swallowed angle brackets in your submission.  Sorry about that.

Here is a plain-text followup.

The specification link provided says

	EXTERNPROTO <name> [ <external interface declarations> ] URL or [ URLs ]

Please advise again on what your suggested improvement might be.
