New contributions also welcome. The Web3D Communications Team also tweets anything cool for #X3D. Here are some snapshot images from the first four videos:

====================================================
"X3D has been used for Virtual Reality (VR) applications ever since the original predecessor standard Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) was standardized in 1997. Device independence means that X3D content can play effectively and consistently across a wide range of display and interaction devices. We are now collecting demonstrations for this domain, and considering how to coherently extend the X3D standard to support all modern head-mounted displays (HMDs) and user-tracking devices."
