[x3d-public] cobweb_dom v0.6 release

I released cobweb_dom.js v0.6 which now dispatches dom events for output
fields of any node, including but not limited to sensor and interpolator
nodes.

Next, I want to look into adding/removing/changing ProtoInstances, then
perhaps ProtoDeclarations.
