[x3d-public] X3DJSONLD now supports STL and PLY imports of a single IndexedFaceSet, with 2 example files

Also you can convert IndexedFaceSets to STL (woohoo!).  It does non-triangles, but STL only supports triangles, so it’s not perfect yet.

I’m still using empty with X3DOM.  Sigh!
