The X3dToJson.xslt stylesheet or something (X3DJSAIL to XML?)  is still producing extra newlines in long lines, breaking them up and invalidating the JSON.  Try creating an extra long meta content, then using X3DObject.toFileJSON() to reproduce.  Check previous bug reports.
