[x3d-public] questionable method names in X3D Java SAI.

I found the ProtoInstance methods, thanks.  Now the opportunity is to determine the one to call.  I think I can do this with containerField.

    Dealing with ProtoInstanceObjects, there’s no way to set one on an appearance object:  see:
./java/src/org/web3d/x3d/java/Shape/AppearanceObject.java, probably erroneous method names:

       public AppearanceObject setMetadata(ProtoInstanceObject newProtoInstanceNode)
        public ProtoInstanceObject getMetadataProtoInstance()
