[x3d-public] X3D Object Model Visualization (thanks to D3.js example) in SVG, want X3DOM

Here’s the X3D Object Model XML visualized, thanks to a D3.js example:

The XML was converted into JSON by a special Java program I wrote using SAX and Gson.

Has someone done something similar in X3D or X3DOM?  I have cylinder to sphere connector stuff if that will help, if someone wants to attempt the conversion from SVG to X3DOM.    A flat representation in X3DOM would be fine.
