[x3d-public] GeoPositionInterpolator with GeoViewpoint, type conversion in X3DJSAIL????

What do I do if I want to use GeoPositionInterpolator with GeoViewpoint?

The GeoPosititionInterpolator.value_changed is of type SFVec3f and
The GeoViewpoint.set_position is of type SFVec3d.

Are the types convertible (in X3DJSAIL)?  Would I write a Script to convert?
