[x3d-public] question on MFStrings in XML.

please just keep it simple and the MF string is the only exception to 
the way that SF elemens of MF strings don't need the space or comma.

MFstring='"b""c"' />
MFstring='"b""c"' />

is OK like No other exceptions of course for numberical MFs.
