[x3d-public] X3DJSAIL -- Ready for release

Don, I think that X3DJSAIL is ready for release.   The remaining issues can
be dealt with later.

They are:

1) Proto Instances with name but no DEF in constructor.

2) \ issues that can be dealt with by subclassing.

... anything else I've mentioned but can't recall right now.
